What is the purpose of writing a proposal?
As the name suggests, to write a proposal is to make a recommendation in relation to something, to do some changes or improvements.
How should you end a proposal? Why?
I think the best way would be to summarize in a few sentences why is a good idea what is proposed. We also need to show briefly that we are sure that our proposition will work.

I agree in most of the ideas you propose.
ResponderEliminarRegarding the possible reasons of the bad results, I have mentioned the Spanish Educational System, that it should change in order to encoruage a bilingual Education.
Moreover, I also agree with the proposed recommendations. However, the Local and National goverment should increase International grants so that students can benefit form them. Moreover, the motivation inside the classrooms is a fundamental factor to take into consideration.
I think that everything that you have said it's really interesting because the reasons and the recommendations are very useful. For example the one about travelling like a solution, It's not only a matter of learning a language, it's something that let you know a new culture and this is especially wonderful. However, in my opinion, the first steps of learning a foreign language are very hard and the grammar is neccesary, so I'd add to your recommendation doing some specific exercises about the lacks that each one has.
